We have got some exciting news! We have found a first time home buyer program, (that is a person who does not own a home right now) that is wonderful. We just felt that we had to share it with you. We have made arrangements with a lender that is running a special program specifically looking to help first time home buyers purchase their first home. The program is great, in that it is not based on your credit score. It is not a variable interest rate. There are no teaser rates. You can lock in at very low rates with nothing down. It will even work with the CalHFA down payment assistance programs. As with all programs there are qualifications that an applicant must meet, but this program is one of the easiest to qualify for that we have seen, and it is with a very well known national bank.
